Dr. Ayman Ibrahim has nearly 35 years of experience with the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation. He is currently the Chairman of the Mechanical and Electrical Department, responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 600 pumping stations across Egypt. His leadership spans 15 central directorates and 60 general directorates. Dr. Ibrahim has worked extensively in water resources management, power systems, artificial intelligence, signal processing, control systems, and SCADA, contributing to numerous national and international projects. His expertise also includes teaching, capacity building, and consulting in electronics, communication systems, and water resources management.
