Prof. Weiping Liu is a distinguished environmental scientist and chemist currently serving as Dean of the Interdisciplinary Research Academy at Zhejiang Shuren University, China. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Science from Zhejiang University and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Tokyo University of Agriculture, Japan.
