Dr. Saakshy Agarwal is a seasoned researcher and industry expert with over 21 years of experience in pulp and paper technology, natural dye applications, wastewater treatment, and alternative lignocellulosic raw material utilization. Currently serving as a Research Scientist at the Kumarappa National Handmade Paper Institute (KNHPI), Jaipur, Dr. Saakshy has played a pivotal role in advancing sustainable practices in the handmade paper sector under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
