Professor Ousmane Thiaré has a distinguished academic and professional career, primarily at Gaston Berger University (GBU) in Saint-Louis, Senegal, where he has contributed significantly to the fields of computer science and higher education. Thiaré joined GBU in 1994, later obtaining a PhD in Computer Science from CY Cergy Paris University in 2007.
