Assoc. Prof. Dr. Qing Feng is an Associate Professor and Director of the Department of Environmental Engineering at Qilu University of Technology, Shandong Academy of Sciences. Dr. Anup Kumar Mandal is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Sociology, Faculty of Business Administration, Patuakhali Science and Technology University in Bangladesh.
